CINNAMON BAKED PEACHES – Phase 2 HCG Diet

Ingredients:
• 1 x peach, halved & stone removed
• 2tsp cinnamon
• Sweetener
• 70g natural yogurt (plain)

Method:
Preheat oven to 180C. Place the peach halves on a piece of foil large enough to enclose them. Sprinkle on the sweetener & cinnamon. Wrap in foil & place on a baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes. Once softened place the peaches in a bowls & serve with the yogurt.
