Strawberry Vanilla Ice Lollies

This one of my favourite summer treats – Strawberry Vanilla Ice Lollies for both phase 2 & 3 – The ultimate fat burner protocol.

I’m always looking for yummy phase 2 and 3 approved recipes… especially some kind of sweet treat! On this diet your supposed to stay away from anything with sugar. Even the approved fruits are low in natural fructose and other natural sugars. For some people that’s overly difficult because of their old eating habits and addiction to sugar so staying strictly within the bounds of the diet protocol is hard. If that’s you, then this recipe is right up your ally! Even if you don’t have such a sweet tooth (I didn’t really… I’d prefer something salty over sugary) you’ll find this a delightful treat on your hcg diet phase 2 or 3 and beyond. It’s healthy and delicious! The kids will even enjoy this strawberry burst!

This recipe is amazing for satisfying your hunger as well as your daily calorie budget! With only 35 calories and no refined or unhealthy sugars it’ll easily help you in your weight loss journey! It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and makes 4-6 pretty large ice lollies.


Yummy Strawberry Vanilla Cream Popsicles

4-6 medium strawberries (~35 calories)

3-4 cubes of ice

Any powdered or flavored stevia to taste

1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder or cocoa (optional)

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 cup water


Blend ingredients together until smooth.  Pour into a dish or ice lolly molds and freeze until firm.  Makes 1 fruit serving.

Phase 3 modifications: Add half and half or cream and whipped egg whites.  Mix in chopped nuts or phase 3 chocolate crumbles and freeze for an ice cream style dessert.
