Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through www.exploreza.co.za, operated by Explore ZA (Pty) Ltd.


1. No Returns on Printed or Custom Products


Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Printed artwork
  • Custom mugs or merchandise
  • Print-on-demand items
  • Limited edition or bespoke products

2. Digital Products


All digital products (including downloads, guides, or digital content) are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Final upon purchase

Once access is granted or files are delivered, no refunds will be issued.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please email the following to us:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.


4. Shipping Delays


We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs or border delays
  • Incorrect shipping details supplied by the customer

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


5. Cancellations


Orders cannot be cancelled once production or processing has begun.


6. Travel Services & Experiences


Refunds for travel-related services, bookings, or experiences (where applicable) are subject to:

  • Third-party provider terms and conditions
  • Availability and notice periods
